In 1945 The State Company of Tractors and Agriculture
Machines was founded. Until 1966 the company was specialized in making major
repairs of engines for tractors and it was producing spare parts for agriculture
machines |

On 1st January of 1966 the company's activity profile was changed,
refurbishement of spare parts and subassemblies for tractors and agriculture
machines by industrialization methods was initiated. |

In the seventies the company started production of hydraulic
elements: in 1975 - oil pumps, in the next years - pressure relief
valves, hydraulic pumps and selector valves. |

Power Hydraulic Company HYDROTOR S.A. was founed
in December of 1991 on base of the initial state company - it is the private
company which has been cultivating previous economic traditions. |

Since 1992 considerable investments into new
machines and equipment have been made, mostly in numerical machining tools,
machining centres, millers as well as in complex computerization. |

Since the begining of its activity, the company has been concentrating
on developing its production capacity. It was necessary because of very
dynamic increase of sales and enlargement of assortment range. |

Since the company has been transformed into private
joint stock company it started its dynamic development, many new products
have been introduced into production. As the confirmation of its good quality
the company was accredited with Quality Managment Certificate
ISO 9001:94 granted by Certification Unit TÜV-CERT. At
present teh company has Certificate
ISO 9001:2000. |

P.H.S. HYDROTOR S.A. has 100% of shares of
a leading hydraulic cylinder manufacturer - Z.E.H.S AGROMET from
Lubañ. |

Since March of 1998 company's shares are quoted on Warsaw
Exchange. |

In 2004 further reorganisation of the company took place. From the mother company P.H.S. Hydrotor S.A. A new limited liability company was created. This company "HYDROTORBIS" is well equiped with modern stock of machine tools. |

In 2005 P.H.S. Hydrotor S.A. Bought 100% of shares of W.P.H. Wroc³aw, which is one of significant polish producers of hydraulics pumps. |

Since 2007 Hydrotor S.A. is the owner of the iron foundry DEFKA in Dzier¿oniów. |
